Swimming Lesson Refund for April 2020

Due to our efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Mount Pearl Summit Centre remains closed. As we cannot commit to a reopen date, the spring swimming session that was scheduled to begin on April 5, 2020 has been cancelled. All those that were registered will receive a refund.

Please note:

• If you paid online, the refund will be automatically returned to the same card used for payment.
• If you paid in person, please complete the form below to have your refund processed. We can either provide you with a credit for later use, return funds to a credit card, or issue a cheque to be sent via mail. (We cannot risk the health and safety of our employees to process in-person refunds at this time.)
• Please allow up to 3 weeks for refunds to appear – this is a manual process and it will take some time for our team to get through them all.

We appreciate your patience with the challenges 2020 has presented. We are sad we won’t be seeing your faces again this week, but hope that you are able to make the most of this time home with loved ones.
