Please be advised that the annual Holy Sepulchre Cemetery service will take place on July 23rd at 7 PM. As a result, traffic lanes on Topsail Rd and Blackmarsh Rd will be reduced starting at 12 noon on the same day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
