McCarthy Crescent Residential Intensification Proposal

50-52 AND 54-56 MACCARTHY CRESCENT BRIEFING SESSION – THURSDAY, JULY 25, 2024, 7:00 PM CITY HALL – 3 CENTENNIAL STREET

The City is in receipt of an application to construct two (2) six (6) unit apartment buildings (12 units total) at 50- 52 and 54-56 MacCarthy Crescent. The two (2) existing properties would be consolidated into a single parcel. All new units would be accessible and the two (2) existing duplexes would be demolished. The subject property is located in the Residential – Medium Density (RMD) Use Zone. The proposed Residential Intensification project is subject to Regulation 6.33 and is within the range of developments that Council may permit, subject to Regulation 4.17, requiring public notice.
