Motorists are advised that there will be road closures and traffic delays in the Ruth Ave /Commonwealth Ave/ Park Ave and Topsail Rd areas of Mount Pearl Dec 7, 2024, from 8:30am until noon. Traffic will be detoured through Michener Ave and Glendale Ave. Please slow down and follow traffic control restrictions.
