Office of the CAO

The Chief Administrative Officer is the senior staff person and head of the administrative branch of the City. The CAO is accountable to the Mayor and Council and is responsible for providing leadership in the development of, implementation and administration of all policies and programs established and approved by the City Council in accordance with all applicable by-laws and regulations.
