Citizen Reporter
See an issue? We want to know.
Mount Pearl is a beautiful community, and we’re working hard to make sure it stays safe and active for everyone. Any issue big or small, we want to know about. Is your sidewalk or street in need of clearing? Are you experiencing issues with stray animals? Are you reporting a pothole or damage to a park or playground?
Our new Citizen Reporter website is an easy way to help identify issues in our community. In just a few simple steps, you can report an issue to the City, and we’ll make sure someone looks at it and reports when it has been fixed.
Really, it’s that simple. See it, report it, and we fix it.
Step 1: Visit mpcitizenreporter.ca and select “submit an issue”.
Step 2: Select the type of issue from a drop down menu (or enter your own), click on the map or enter the address and upload a picture if you have one (it’s not mandatory, but pictures are strongly encouraged).
Step 3: Hit “Report Issue” and City staff will be notified immediately.
Step 4: Check back within two business days to see your issue and check its progress.
We all play a part in keeping our community safe and active.
Thank you for helping us build a better Mount Pearl.
