Mount Pearl Announces Plans to Invest in New Civic Centre

July 21, 2021 (Mount Pearl, NL) – The City of Mount Pearl proposed plans earlier today to build a new civic centre focused on meeting the growing demands of its diverse population. The centre, located at the Team Gushue Sports Complex proposes 18,000 square foot space equipped for social, arts, and recreation events and dedicated space for community groups. In addition to the indoor space, the Civic Centre will also be home to an outdoor splash pad and ice rink surface. Full details can be found in our media release here.
